The ACLU vs. Church Attendance

November 29th, 2007 · Posted in Christianity, Current Affairs, Practical Christianity ·

The ACLU is claiming Clemson University coach Tommy Bowden should not have had “Church Day” — a Sunday when the Clemson football team attend church services together.

Sometimes it seems the ACLU goes too far in protecting the rights of others. I have come to believe that the Constitution prohibits a specific religion from established as the main one in America — not that all religious activity needs to be suspect.

What do you think?
