Second Thoughts on Thinking Way Outside The Box
October 29th, 2007 · Posted in Practical Ministry ·Ok — I admit it. I was wrong to judge the Canine Ministry I referred to in “Thinking Way Outside The Box?”. After reading this post from Todd Rhoades I can see that ideas that are different from mine are not necessarily bad. In fact, I need to to encourage innovative thinking among the leaders and members at Hopewell.
My question is — what’s the best way to let people know that I want them to think creatovely — and that I am willing to listen to and try new and innovative ideas?
Any suggestions?
