Mother Teresa’s Crisis Of Faith

August 26th, 2007 · Posted in Christianity, Practical Christianity, Reflections, Religion, SPIRITUALITY ·

Mother Teresa of Calcutta was a saintly person if there ever was a saintly person.

Her devotion to the poor and dying in Calcutta, India, made her an example of faithfully living out the call of Christ to reach out to the poor. It seemed she was close to God. And yet, this article from Time magazine talks about how she continually wrote about her struggle with living as Christ taught. I hope to remember the next time I question my own faithfulness to living in the ways of Christ that even someone like Mother Teresa had her doubts.
