Here’s an interview about the traits of a leader with J. Richard Chase, who, at the time of the interview, was President of Wheaton College.
He identifies 3 traits of leadership:
competency
personal character
genuine concern for others
If all in positions of leadership could have these three traits we would all be the better for it!
