Today is Shrove Tuesday — the day before the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday. I began my "Shrove Tuesday obserance" by helping cook pancakes for the Pancake Breakfast at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Reidsville. I’ll be back there tonight to help with the Pancake Supper.
